The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
We have partnered with Globe Flight one of South Africa’s leading express courier companies for all national deliveries. (www.globeflight.co.za)
There are various delivery options, and to avoid unnecessary costs we utilize domestic road freight for all our deliveries. What this means is that delivery time is between 48 and 96 hours (2-4 days). We charge a flat rate of R80 per parcel under 2kg.
Should you require your parcel sooner there are a few other options but this will be at an additional charge. These options are dealt with on a case by case basis and include the following:
- Next day delivery: Delivery time between 24-48 hours (1-2 days)
- Overnight Express: Delivery time based on zones
- Major city centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth. Items will be delivered to any location within a 40km radius of the major city centre by 11h00 the following business day.
- Outside of the major city centres: items will be delivered within 48 hours.
- Same day Express: Globe Flight Domestic Same Day Express service allows you to send an item between any major centres in South Africa on the same day as collection. Please note the same day delivery service between major city centres is dependent upon the availability of flights on offer that day.
Returns / Refund Policy
If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will gladly replace, refund or give you a voucher to the value of the product, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will offer you the same, depending on the circumstance and date of purchase.
Our rule of thumb is reasonability; we think this is to bring your item within 30 days of purchase. If you bring it after the 30 days, we are happy to replace or refund the item with the price that is on the system.
Our customers come first, so talk to us and we will work something out.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Chief Operating Officer, Shop A18 Cape Quarter, Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA, 8000 or email@example.com
Consumables: Should you order a perishable item and you have had a change of mind, you will not be able to return the item. Whilst we do our utmost to provide as much information on a product and only list quality products, we are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items if it was merely not to your personal taste preference. This is due to public and food safety regulations. This does not include products that have arrived damaged or expired. We will replace or refund when we or the supplier are at fault, according to our Refund Policy.
If the product/s can not be returned at one of our shops, a return delivery fee of R80 will be charged to the client to pick up the returned product/s.
